Project Quoting:
We will send you a free project quote within 24 hours upon receiving your request for proposal. Within the quote, we will outline our business solution, the price and the time frame for your project. We will then try to communicate with you for more details on your project and get ready for the development.
Project Execution:
Development work will start immediately upon contract establishment. We are applying Microsoft best practices in .NET development. We use Microsoft Project tool to manage our projects. We also use source control tool Subversion and bug tracking tool BugTracker.NET to streamline our development. Along the way, we are always trying to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our whole development process.
Testing and Delivery:
We will setup a testing environment online so that customers can see our progress of their web project. If the project's name is Rainbird, we will put up a site as: http://rainbird.tangsemtech.com/ online (with backend: http://rainbird.tangsemtech.com/admin/, login: admin/123456) and customers can then easily see what's going on with their website and do some user testing as well. Upon completion of testing, we will deliver the project to set the website up on customers' own hosting server. For windows application development, we will setup environment remotely on customers' computers or have other workarounds.
Payment Terms:
We usually do it this way: 50% at contract execution, 50%upon final delivery of project, payment terms would also vary a little bit based on project size and other factors in some cases.

We can accept both PayPal payment and Wire Transfer payment although we do prefer PayPal payment.
